By using BEAUTIER AI™ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

BEAUTIER AI provides AI-powered beauty intelligence: Beauty DNA™ profiles, Selfie Analysis™, Before You Buy™ reports, Beauty Roadmaps™, Beauty Budget Planner™, AI Beauty Concierge™, and an optional directory of professionals sourced from third-party data (Google Places).

3. AI Outputs — No Professional Advice

All AI outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, cosmetic surgery, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult licensed professionals before making decisions about your health, skin, hair, or appearance. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

4. Subscription

BEAUTIER AI Premium™ is billed at USD $12.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All prices in USD.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload images of people without consent, misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape outputs, violate any law, or impersonate others.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of selfies and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

7. Third-Party Listings

Provider listings are sourced live from Google Places. We label imported businesses as "Listed" and do not represent them as endorsed or verified by BEAUTIER AI unless explicitly badged as such.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEAUTIER AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
