We collect information you provide directly (account details, Beauty DNA™ quiz responses, selfies you upload, payment information processed by our payment provider) and information collected automatically (device, browser, usage analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate your personalized Beauty DNA™ profile, deliver AI-powered analyses, operate and improve the service, process subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Selfies & Biometric Data

Selfies you upload are used to generate beauty analysis. Images are stored securely in your encrypted Beauty Passport™ and are only accessible to you. You may delete them at any time. We do not use your selfies to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

4. AI Processing

AI analyses are processed via third-party large language model providers under data processing agreements. Inputs may be transmitted to these providers for processing but are not used for model training.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers (hosting, payments, AI) under contract, with you (you control your data), and as required by law. Live provider information is fetched from Google Places under Google's terms — we do not cache restricted fields.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and similar rights are respected.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level security on your data.

8. Children

BEAUTIER AI is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction under appropriate safeguards.
